Corporate Fitness/Wellness

Corporate Fitness programs offer a variety of fitness/wellness services at the Company level including the design and creation of onsite fitness faculties, fitness center management, employee fitness challenges and campaigns.

Community Based Programming

Community Based Programming seeks to offer fitness and wellness services at a Community level.  Typically in exercise class format with an emphasis on activities that are inclusive of a diverse population.

Strength and Conditioning focuses on exercise prescription to improve the performance of athletes.

Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation

Cardiac/Pulmonary rehabilitation is a medically supervised program designed to optimize physical function in patients with cardiac/pulmonary disease or recent cardiac surgeries.
